Can I choose the appointment time?
Yes. Online booking shows available days, evenings and weekends in two-hour arrival windows. Appointments require at least one day's notice.
Does this prove my water is safe?
No. The home check supports treatment decisions such as hardness, TDS, taste and odor. Lead, PFAS, bacteria and other health-specific concerns require the correct certified laboratory test.
Will I receive a price at the visit?
If treatment is appropriate, Florida Premier will explain the recommendation and provide the equipment, installation scope and complete price in writing before you decide.
